Kraut Tonic

Salty, sour and a little bit nutty. Take a swig first thing in the morning or sip throughout the day – some people add it to a dirty martini or a margarita. Others use it in dressings, to start off a vegan cheese… into a guacomole, to make mustard with etc. This is the juice from the barrels of Caraway Sauerkraut – straight up – bottled just like that. It is a bit of a powerhouse actually.
