Fermented for 2 days, our unpasteurised TEMPEH are snap frozen, preserving the earthy aromatics and intricate mycelium that traditional Indonesian style tempeh’s renowned for. Formed in dedicated barrel-ette shapes, our TEMPEH ranges an incredible, edible 14 – 23g of protein per serve.

* After 40 hours fermentation, SOYOYOY Tempeh is FROZEN in vacuum bags that are home compostable to Australian Standards.
