Fig and Ginger was our first ever flavour and it almost makes up the base flavour of our water kefir. The figs and dates are low and subtle and the ginger is dependent upon the season – sometimes spicy and peppery and other times mild.
Spring water slow cultured with SCOBY, infused with organic dried figs (>1%), dates, ginger (3%), lemon; residual raw sugar, molasses Because our water kefir is naturally carbonated, it contains trace amounts of alcohol - enough to mean our laws require you to be over 18.
