Vintage Miso is an even darker, almost
black soybean miso with intense umami and
a slightly bitter soothing earthy end-note. It is
good on sourdough toast with butter or avocado, like Vegemite! It can also be mixed with other younger varieties to add depth of flavour to your dish.
